Why we built an app

Most appliance repair shops in DFW still operate on phone calls and paper invoices. We built the Dallas Appliance app in 2024 because we kept hearing the same complaint from customers: "I never know when the technician is going to show up." Real-time tracking solves that completely.

The app also solves a problem we saw in our own operations: customers were losing paper warranty receipts, then struggling to prove they had coverage when an appliance failed again. With the app, every repair is stored permanently in your account, with photos, parts used, and warranty expiration date. Tap one button to schedule warranty service — no receipt required.

Finally, the app is the fastest path to our $30 video diagnosis. No phone tag, no form-filling — open the app, pick a slot, and join the video call when it's time. About 40% of issues get fixed on the call, and you never had to leave your couch.

Is the Dallas Appliance app free?

Yes — completely free to download and use on both iOS and Android. There are no in-app purchases or subscription fees. You only pay for actual repair services.

What can I do with the app?

Can I book appointments faster on the app?

Yes. Once you've created a profile, rebooking takes about 15 seconds — your address, appliances, and payment method are saved. The app also remembers your warranty history and past repair records.

Yes — the app is fully bilingual English/Spanish, with one-tap language switching. Same applies to our technicians: many of our DFW team are bilingual.

How does technician tracking work?
