What you'll do
- Perform 5–6 in-home appliance repairs per day across Arlington, Fort Worth, Grand Prairie, Mansfield, and Bedford
- Work across all major appliance categories (refrigeration, laundry, cooking, dishwashing)
- Use our diagnostic checklist and OEM parts inventory for high first-visit completion rate
- Provide flat-rate quotes to customers before any work — no hourly surprises
- Complete digital work orders with photos and warranty paperwork on tablet
- Participate in weekly training sessions with senior technicians
- Stand behind repairs with 90-day warranty
What we're looking for
- 1+ year of paid appliance repair experience OR completion of an accredited appliance repair program
- Texas TDLR registration (we sponsor and pay for it if you don't have it yet)
- EPA 608 Type I certification (we sponsor Universal upgrade)
- Valid Texas driver license with clean record (last 3 years)
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Basic hand tools — we provide specialty tools and parts
- Willingness to learn and be coached — this is a growth role
Nice to have
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Military HVAC or refrigeration background
- Prior experience as a maintenance technician at an apartment complex
- Graduate of a technical school appliance repair program
